Build Aviator Estimating Service Launched

We have launched a new effective and comprehensive estimating service, which helps to save housebuilders time and increase the efficiency of their pricing and tendering.

The service provides a suite of bespoke personalised reports, featuring an accurate and efficient estimate of materials, labour and plant tool hire required, and products that are locally available – making it even easier to source everything needed for a project.

Reports are generated for both the builder and the client, and documents include product summaries, bill of quantities, schedule of works, pricing sheets and tool hire reports. Profits and margins can also be added in to ensure accuracy and to support with budgeting and tendering.

If a SAP assessment has been conducted through Build Aviator, the service can provide additional benefit by using the product specification from this SAP report. This will assist in ensuring a compliant estimate is produced, provide cost certainty and also reduce the risk of product substitution or specification change.
