Build Aviator launches off-the-shelf project packages to help builders be more efficient

As demand for home extensions continues to rise [1], construction services provider, Build Aviator, has launched ByDesign, a collection of off-the-shelf project packages to help builders complete loft conversions and garden rooms with greater ease and speed.

Created by Build Aviator’s ex-trade building estimators in partnership with a team of architects, the ByDesign packages include a complete set of plans for a range of standard layouts, a full quotation, materials lists and a SAP report to help achieve building compliance.

Using the ready-to-go packages, builders and tradespeople simply choose the layout option they need, tailor to any specific requirements, and will have a professional, detailed quote for their customer in minutes. When ready to start on site, they will also find a comprehensive materials list that includes everything from nails to plant hire.

For even greater speed on site, materials for the ByDesign Garden Room package can be supplied cut to size for straightforward construction and installation. Build Aviator has also created a marketing toolkit for its Garden Room package to help builders and tradespeople promote the format to their customers.

The off-the-shelf packages have been set up using feedback from tradespeople and the company’s understanding of current trends in the construction trade.

“As more and more people are working from home for the foreseeable, every builder is being asked to quote for home extensions and conversions,” said Marcus Jefford, managing director of Build Aviator.
